Our Warranty

Our products come with a 1-year warranty against defects in snaps, elastics and seams, starting from the delivery date. If a covered defect shows up, we will repair or replace the item. If we can't do either, we will refund it. Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

Not covered

• Leaks, stains or odour
• Normal wear
• Damage from care outside our care instructions, such as bleach, high heat, or diaper creams used without a liner
• Misuse

How to make a claim

Email info@planetbaby.ca with your order number and photos of the defect. We'll reply with next steps. For defective items, we cover the return shipping.
