Returns & Refund
We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell and will refund your purchase price, with the following conditions:
- For all returns and refunds, you must first send an e-mail to support@planetbaby.ca prior to returning your item(s). We will be in touch with you shortly to provide you with further instructions on how to process your refund.
- Planet Baby will accept returns or refunds within 90 days from the date of purchase on Only the paid value of the Cloth Diapers sold (less $30CAD admin charge to cover our shipping costs that we have incurred).
- Shipping Fees and All other products including all diapering accessories, inserts, wipes. bags, disposable liners and laundry detergent sold are a final sale and Not Refundable.

The maximum refund of payment amount per customer/household that can be applied to one or several refund orders is $300CAD, regardless of the total order amount.
- You are fully responsible for 100% of the shipping cost to return your item(s) back to us.
- All returned used items back to us must be cleaned, washed and sanitary for us to handle. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse refund requests if we deemed that the product(s) returned is not clean. We donate 100% of all returned products to non-profit organizations in Canada and around the world that have need for baby items.
- We must receive the item within 15 business days from the refund/return date request in order to process a refund or return or store credit (less $30CAD admin fee to cover our shipping cost that we have incurred).
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns/refunds after 90 days.
We are reasonable and fair and also have reasonable expectations from our customers. We designed our diapers with premium material to last and fit most babies body shapes and sizes (within the weight limits provided). Please know that all diapers will leak at some point in time regardless whether they are cloth, disposable, homemade, a brand name or non-brand name. Planet Baby cloth diapers are no different. We do have many strategies to try to ensure you have a snug fit and help reduce or eliminate leakages. Contact us here if you have questions.
We always recommend that you wash and try a couple of diapers first before washing them all.
At Planet Baby, we stand behind our products 100%. We cover all manufacturing defects on Planet Baby products for one full year from the date of purchase. The warranty is extended to the original owner of a product with a receipt showing purchase from Planet Baby or an authorized Planet Baby Retailer. Original receipts are required for warranty review. Wrong Items Received
If you received the wrong item, within 20 days of the order date, you may return the item(s) for replacement or full refund. We will reimburse you for your shipping fees. Contact us at support@planetbaby.ca for further instructions.
Defective Item Received
If your products turn out to be defective (physical damages), within 20 days of the order date, you may return them for replacement or receive a full refund. We will reimburse you for your shipping fees. Contact us at support@planetbaby.ca for further instructions.
Misprints
YIKES! Yes, they do happen. At PlanetBaby.ca we do our best to ensure our website has the most up-to-date and accurate information. Unfortunately, we are human and make mistakes! In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or correct the error on our web site.
