Returns & Refund
We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell and will refund your purchase price, with the following conditions:
- For all returns and refunds, you must e-mail us first prior to returning your item(s) at email@example.com . We will be in touch with you shortly to provide you with further instructions on how to process your refund.
- Planet Baby will accept returns or refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase on Only the value of the Cloth Diapers sold in our Diaper Packages (less $30CAD admin charge to cover our shipping costs that we have incurred).
- All other products including diapering accessories, inserts, wipes. bags, liners sold are a final sale and not refundable.
- You are fully responsible for 100% of the shipping cost to return your item(s) back to us.
- We must receive the item within 10 business days from the refund/return date request in order to process a refund or return or store credit (less $30CAD admin fee to cover our shipping cost that we have incurred).
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 30 days.
- We always recommend that you wash and try a couple of diapers first before washing them all.
At Planet Baby, we stand behind our products 100%. We cover all manufacturing defects on Planet Baby products for one full year from the date of purchase. The warranty is extended to the original owner of a product with a receipt showing purchase from Planet Baby or an authorized Planet Baby Retailer. Original receipts are required for warranty review. Wrong Items Received
If you received the wrong item, within 7 days of the order date, you may return the item(s) for replacement or full refund. We will reimburse you for your shipping fees. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
Defective Item Received
If your products turn out to be defective (physical damages), within 7 days of the order date, you may return them for replacement or receive a full refund. We will reimburse you for your shipping fees. Contact us at email@example.com for further instructions.

In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or correct the error on our web site.
